Bubble on Town Hall reading "Maxed Out!" when you fully max out

Do you think we should have a feature like this? A Bubble saying maxed out on the TH when we max out our village's buildings and troops? And to be visible to other players which visit you? Also in the profile page?
A % Would be nice too.. in the profile page, for example a guy which have just upgraded TH Recently, should be 0% and a maxed guy should be 100%. Anybody agree with my idea?

I like the first idea.
However there's an issue with the second idea. What if a player rushes to the next town hall? Would it affect the % to max or not?

Ehh. I am going to say no. I just think it would get in the way. I already have to tolerate it over full camps, but those are on my outside. I just think it would not look nice if your TH was in the middle. Just my opinion, however.

Given that a tooltip to show which upgrades you have left is ruled out, I don't see this happening since it is based off of that.

I don't think a bubble over the TH would be good, takes away from the feel of the village. One of my pet peeve on Boom Beach is the green arrows when an upgrade is available.

An alternative would be to have a special colored shield over the door way of your TH. This is already somewhat possible as they did something similar for people that bought a RED gem pile during the AIDS awareness campaign. They would just have to change the code so instead of buying the RED gem pile, it just activates once the village progression reaches a certain point for your current TH level.

Golden Shield over your doorway if you are maxed? Sounds reasonable...

It would be better if the "progress" of the village for the town hall appeared in a bar form with % in the player profile; placed just below the army composition like an EXP bar.
