Have you been in similar situation before like Support said?
Does that mean you did not contact SUpport and did not receive help from them from the last time (help = unlock code given)
If you truly got your phone stolen I would explain to supercell what happened and even offer to send them a police report. I think the reason they have denied helping you is because of it becoming a reoccurring event for you. If they fixed everyone's account that had an issue because of their own irresponsibility they would have to hire a lot more staff to help identify authenticity of ownership and fix the issue. I do believe they spend some time looking into the account to confirm if what you claim is correct.
So in a nutshell. Screenshots or it never happened.
Fresh out of retirement!
You got me right.
It seems that it is on your record that you have requested help in the past, and they won't help you the second time to avoid abuse (someone could give away account and keep claiming it again to have it back endless time for example).
What you can do now: please try to explain again what happened in the past, tell them the device was not locked (you never receive the code...) they can go back check history chat and you fixed it by contacting Apple.... well what's really happened (give them the date if you have it)
Reiterate again the stealing incident: on what day did it happen? Stress that your account was not linked to android before and the linking should have been done after that day. If you have used the name change in the past, tell them what the old name was, what have you changed it to, and the date or month you change the name if you even remember. Let them know about device model you had your account on..
ALl the info above are only known by the owner, please keep it safe (don't post them on public forum like this one).
Help them a little to send a coherent story, well articulated, easy to understand. I hope they can look at it with another eye.
