Kind of ♥♥♥♥ed, HELP NEEDED!

Hey clash of clans community!

So, I have this problem, my iPhone had been stolen a few days a go, I was able to retrieve it tho, since then, I started noticing weird things happening on my account, someone else constantly keeps logging in, spends gems, canceling upgrades spening gold and elixer, I am progressed so well, (max th 9, bk 22, aq 27) and theres an android account linked to it suddenly... So, I contacted supercell, waited a day then they finally responded, when I logged on I got the message back that they wont help me since ive been ♥♥♥♥ed once before, so they wont do anything for me! What should I do guys? Ive been playing on it since coc even came out! Im just so devestated, Supercell should help their costumers! Do u guys have any tips for me?

Well, I'd send in proof like your reciept of your first gem purchase. Then they might listen to you.
