Here’s the Short Story…
Welcome to Northern OPS -Clan level 1- [#8G2JVCY], established 2015-11-11 based on the North American west coast. Looking for adult, mature, active clashers.
We are a small group of active, experienced clashers looking to build a winning and fun clan. Prefer clashers with war experience and 3 star strategy knowledge. Not saying you have to be a guaranteed 3 star hitter, but you should know how to use them when needed. Questions on anything are welcome, we are all here to help each other.
We also try to keep our defensive war weight down and value troop upgrades as more important than defense for war. Especially in the middle of the war map.
Below are war requirements and they are by no means set in stone. If you can prove with replays you can successfully attack a base of your same caliber you'll be included for wars. Also, if you are looking to farm and/or fix your rushed base you are welcome as long as you are active and donate a reasonable amount. Inactive members will be kicked.
Current Requirements:
TH10:
Minimum troops are TH9 max troops with Wizards 6, PEKKA 4 and either Lava 3 or Golem 5. Heros 20/20 [both heros available are mandatory for war]
TH9:
Minimum troops are TH8 max troops with Golem 3, Loons 6, Lava 1and Witch 1. Heros 10/10 [both heros available are mandatory for war]
TH8:
Minimum troops are TH7 max troops with Hogs 3, Dragon 3, Golem 1 and PEKKA 2. Barb King 5
TH7:
Minimum troops are TH6 max troops with Dragon 2 and Hogs 1. Barb King 1
TH6 and below:
No minimum requirements on troops. If joining as a TH6 or below we’ll want you to be very active and upgrade to TH7 ASAP.
*** For all Townhalls: Non-rushed defensive upgrades are a plus. If your defenses are rushed it may hinder you from being included in war until your troop upgrades catch up ***
The full clan rules are listed below, here are just the more important rules:
- A one week waiting period for war will be mandatory for new recruits.
- OPTing in for war means using both attacks
- Do not ask for promotion
- English only in clan chat
War search is Tuesday and Friday evening 7pm PST.

So what do you get for joining??? Well, nothing, 
. But if the clan grows and is successful, the leader will use his computer nerdness to provide some calculated stats on the warring prowess of members. He’ll do all the mindless numbers work so you can shove it down your clanmates throat that you “OBLITERATED HIM by getting 21% more damage to enemy bases over the last season, hahahahaa!!”
While the clans primary focus will be war. A member can certainly come and chill and not war. If you're active, donate lots and are the greatest little cheerleader in the world

● Max TH9 finishing up walls and Heroes [and valk, idky!!] before going to TH10
● Aiming at perfecting 3 star TH9 attack strategies [definitely not an expert]
● Active on a daily basis and donates 1000+ per season

General clan rules:
1. Be respectful, trash talk is all good if it is two way and in good fun. Constructive criticism is welcome but declaring “that attack sucked” without giving some decent advice afterwards is not constructive. I'm not gonna say don't swear but don't get into an Eddie Murphy syndrome. Abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Try to keep an even donation ratio. 1:1 is ideal but unrealistic. Only give what people request. Lower levels donate archers and wiz, any level, to “anything” requests. Those with high level troops opting in will be expected to donate to war castles.
3. No rushed townhalls.
4. Do not ask for a promotion. Promotions will be based on maturity, loyalty, war performance, a high activity level and donations. In that order.
5. English only in the clan chat.
6. Kik is not mandatory but will be used for strategy discussion and getting messages out so people offline can stay informed. Let the leader know you username so you can be added to the clan chat
7. A one week waiting period for war will be mandatory for new recruits. This is to assess how active a new member is and how committed they are.
War rules:
1. Unless otherwise instructed attack your mirror for 1st attack. 2nd attack hit for 3 stars on a base already attacked for 2 stars or less. Ask a Co or Leader if you’re unsure what to do
2. Opting in on wars means using both attacks unless advised by the leaders. Breaking this rule will result in war suspension and eventually da boot
3. Spells and heroes must be available for war [for the time being heroes are not mandatory for your war attack if you are th8 or lower]
4. No attacking for loot until the leaders say it's OK to do so
5. Try to watch the replays of the base your cleanup attack is on, that's the easiest way to 3 star your cleanup.
Note: Eventually an app like clashcaller/warcaller will be used when wars become larger.
