Upgrade Mortars
They should be priority.
Don't rush TH upgrades any more <<< Best advice I can give you
Upgrade your splash, to get them over and done with.
Mortar/Build second AD>Wiz Tower>Build Tesla>Cannon>Archer Tower>Upgrade Tesla/AD

U need to upgrade the defenses
You probbaly need to upgrade some of your defences and maybe your gold and elixir mines if you want more ching ching

I also see you are using dragons , don't (unless you made them overnight)

Or maybe the laboratory to level 5
Do your mortars and then archer towers,then the lab.also do wizard towers.
p.s if u have spare bulider and some gold upgrade ya walls
