This is ruled out, but do you want to know why?

Because you can just exploit it very easily. Upgrading your barracks: you unlock new troops, and you get troop capacity space increased. If you added this feature, you could just keep re-training troops and it would be pointless having the 75 space, it might as well be unlimited.
