Not sure if this has been brought up before, so I apologize if it has. My thought is to have a clan donation store, where, when you need troops, you could go, donate first and then choose other previously donated troops from other members. You would not be allowed to take troops that you have donated, of course. This could help with troop donation:request ratios in a lot of clans. Eventually maybe spells could be added, though that may be difficult to determine the donation amount required.
