do you have reasons for wanting to kick them? is your clan "elite"?
we enjoy lower level members who are new and active, even in war.
a bunch of low town halls with max valks for defense and get max witches for war attacks is a lot of fun.

Low levels are fine if you have enough...it can balance out your wars nicely

Keep! Low level players are great, the TH9/10 are the tough ones to handle if you want to successfully war.
low level players who are loyal and respect the leadership are awesome! they can be the best investments. as they get higher and higher up in the game, they will know how to war, they will know what to donate and how to lead the other new folk coming in
