Inactive Clan Members!!👥

Hi, its me again, Douglas. Again, i hav a question, my clan has a few inactive players.. Should i keep👨♥👨♥👦♥👦 it our should i kick them out?👞

I usually wait until league resets and kick inactives about a week in.

the only time you might want to keep inactives is if your clan won't have enough to do war.

they really add nothing to your clan and take up space for potentially active players.

Kick them. 1. They make your clan look bad while you recruit...who needs an inactive clan. 2. They can't donate to the cause if they aren't on. 3. A clan is a team..teams don't carry members who don't do their part.

Keep them and put 5 or 6 active attackers and the rest inactives. No.1 takes 1 and 2, No.2 takes 3 and 4 ect ect and win wars all the time!

Kick them unless you know them.

Don't put them in wars. You can keep them if they are high level enough to make your clan look good. Otherwise, kick.

Usually we just make sure to leave them out of wars until they become active again.

If you do decide to kick them you could always add a message explaining the reason and that they are welcome back as soon as they are ready to start playing again. We tried this a few times but no one ever rejoined... haha... so not sure it works.

Why would you keep them. When I look at a clan roster and see no shield and 0 donates, I think ugg dying clan. I would rather see a small active clan than a large clan with no activity.

It it can be hard to let go of folks. You remember how active they used to be. But this is a game and some lose interest and move on. I have been running a clan in one form or another for over 2 years. A big part is purging the inactive and recruiting new folks. We make an event of the kicks. Once a week, anyone who doesn't have the minimum donates in is kicked.
