Hey there, I see you've taken an interest in my clan. We are Olympians, a fresh and new clan with some ambitious goals. We are a mixed clan that wants you to do the play style you prefer whether it is farming or pushing, as we grow we will be changing our focus to continue to be great.

WHY JOIN?:
I'm glad you asked! You should join Olympians if you want a fun time with veteran leaders who can help you excel in the game. You should also join if you are a veteran yourself and want someone to reminisce the old days of CoC. Ambitious players also have a home here for we have a great system for you to climb. We will take all recruits from the minimum age limit of 15.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) No rushed Town Halls
2) Minimum Level 5 Town Hall
3) Default Donation: Archers
CLAN RULES:
1) Minimum Age Limit: 15
2) Friendly to all members
3) English speakers please
4) US based but any country is fine
5) Minimum Donation: 60
WAR ACTIVITY:
As the Clan grows we will have a more established war time but all suggestions will be taken into consideration. All who get out in the war and opted in for it must attack BOTH times as well as attack RECOMMENDED OR HIGHER. If you opted out of the War please try to attack once. We also need everyone to donate troops to war bases this needs to be consistent, it wins wars!
RANKS:
Elder- We want ambitious people with the thirst for greatness. A constant donator that has high character and helps whenever needed. This is how you become an Elder.
Co-Leader- You have to spent some time with us as well as be skillful in attacks as well as be able to come together and give the Leader advice (me). Traits from Elders are also great for Co-Leaders. This is how you become Co-Leader.

I'm not sure why you aren't attracting members. Just keep at it k? It takes a long time to build up a good team and perseverance is the key to it 
Ive been on here since Feb and my team is still in the low twenties but we are all fantastic players and great war-rers lol post every day and on both clan forums here ("Looking for Clanmates" and "I need a clan!"). 
make sure yallre upgrading your troops constantly and max out everything before moving to the next th!
