Hello, the forums would not be your best place to go in regards to unrecieved gems. what you will want to do is contact Supercell Support using the in-game Support system. In-game click on the settings Help & Support. Then click on the box at the top right and type your message then hit send. Also this is an English only Forums. Next time when posting please use English.
