Hello! I know that Supercell has ruled out the option to change names, but hear me out. Say a player is uninterested with the name he/she has chosen when he/she has started the game, and wants to change his/her name. The player can pay money to change his/her name to fix that. There are obviously flaws in the given statement, however say the player has the option to change his/her name for a price. The exchange would be similar of that of a shield. Once chosen, there is a six month to one year cooldown. Another option in the future update would be to add previous names in the past, like what the company Steam uses. The price would be around $50 dollars to change a name, and players can easily be identified by other players with the list of previous names for the player. This cannot be abused due to the prolonged cooldown, and price. The situation would be a win-win, with Supercell creating profit, and the players being content with their names! Thanks for the consideration. I recently had a friend 'accidently' change my name when the free one was given out, and now I'm unhappy with the name I've been given, after two into the game, along with me pumping money into it, which persuaded me to create this thread. Thanks for reading!
