Clash of clans stuck at live replay

Hi, i have bug. I load game and see it. Second day. I cant do anything.
This game state always. Please help.
I try delete game and install, reload, but not have result.
This bug on Android and iOS.

i already restart it, reset it and even uninstall,, when i install again, i open and its welcome ligayaclair but the scene it always the base is under atack live replay.. and i can go back to home base.. plz help me supercell, fix the bugs, lag, hang up or whatever... ty advance..
