Offense is already overpowered for anyone th8 and below. which I have to assume that you are based on your miraculous suggestions. I'm also going to guess that your rushed.
Such a change would make the dragons too OP. The only chance of the Th7s and some Th8s is when the dragons take a wrong path and go around the base.. if they wouldn't even focus on the junk buildings, then there would be nothing to stop them; just take few rage spells and the job is done.
