Basically I'm nearing the end of my TH8 experience, but I'm not sure whether to upgrade to TH9 just yet. I'm at 1400 trophies.
I have maxed everything except the Teslas and Walls
Should I continue farming at TH8 with PEKKAS (since I don't have anything to save up elixir for) or should I move on to TH9? The Xbows and archer queen looks really tempting, but are the loot restrictions really harsh? Thanks for the feedback.

Here's a draft of a questionnaire I'm making to help people decide if they want to upgrade th:
1. Is your income currently unlimited?
2. Are you bored with the game and/or no longer find it challenging?
3. Do you feel like you are in control of wins/losses? (Compared to feeling like wins and losses are random.)
4. Have you run out of either elixier/gold/DE buildings or troops to upgrade? (any one)
If you answer "yes" to all the questions above, go ahead and upgrade the th.

Is your BK maxed?
What level are your walls?
If you do go up then have 40k DE ready to get AQ and if your hardcore like me or other hardcore farmers, farm 62.5k DE to get Queen and upgrade her to level 2 instantly.
Heh if you can answer yes to all you are in a very very small minority of those who ask.
You should try and max out your teslas, first cuz they take awhile and will be a pain at th 9 ( with the loot penalty and all those other expensive upgrades), doing all three at once would be best if your bored at th 8.
