Care to share some screen shots of the attack in progress, and maybe parts we can make some suggestions on? Hogs are very tricky to use but with some help and practice they are one of the most powerful strategies at TH9.
Most likely problems are
-not killing cc
-not killing queen
-hitting dgb
-not maximizing heal spell time
