Hello! I'm brand new to the forums, but I have been playing the game for about 5 months now. Below is a picture of my village. Please leave some tips, advice, or criticism on my base that would help me to better arrange it. Any and all advice is helpful. Thanks! photo.jpg
I would recommend distributing your defences between compartments of walls. Because you don't have too many walls yet, I wouldn't worry about defending the research lab and factory, they can sit just outside your walls. If you're active enough, you might not even need your collectors in walls.
So the centre of your base should be th/castle/storages, surrounded by defences in wall compartments (which you've done a bit of already), surrounded by non important structures like lab, camps, barracks, collectors.
I always like the builder huts in the corner like you've got!
except...
you don't need your clan castle in your walls since it can only be unlurable once you get to TH8.
Also try not to keep all of your storages in one compartment.
IMPORTANT: Do not rush your town hall!!!!! Max out before upgrading to the next!!!!
Welcome to clash!

- Try centralising your splash defences (mortar and wizard tower) and surround them with walls.
- Distribute your defences around - base is very vulnerable at 2 o clock
- Don't keep your storages all in one compartment - mass goblins can easily steal them after your splash towers are down.
- Don't expose any defences! It should be defences in the walls and your mines and collector outside.
- Only use walls on important buildings (Defences, TH and storages)
- If you are farming don't worry about your TH, place it on the outside (which I recommend)
- If you are care about trophies centralise your TH
- Keep CC close to walls (but not in them)
