What is happening if you are trying to buy?
Are you jailbroken and using a iAppFree (or any alternative) modifier to get free in-app purchases. This will automatically cancel to purchase.

Just wait a little while i know someone who purchased some gems didnt work so purchased more and so on ended up spending 200 bucks and got the gems the next day
If you got Jailbroken iDevice, go into safe mode and try to buy there.
