Sell buildings

This is a removed idea, but I think it adds convenience to players who have quitted the game,
if we add back the sell option for collectors only.

And what would be the reason for this change? The inactive people and their collectors represent an important factor in game's available loot so why would you want that removed?
Also, the reason this option was removed (the sell one) is because people lose their accounts and the penguin who steals it will automatically try to harm it by removing the collectors, and thus make the real owner spend another few weeks on maxing them out once again.
