Fix: Clash of Clans crashes or doesn’t load (Android)

Hi,
I want Supercell fix a problem that causes Clashers cannot load Clash of Clans or it keeps crashing while running. My brother have been follow these steps but it's still happen
1)Restart his phone by pressing then holding the Power button, then choose Restart.
2)Remove his current game then re-install it.
3)Ensure his device is not full at least 50MB free for playing Clash of Clans.
4)Log out his Google and Facebook accounts then log back in.
5)Be sure that his Date/Time settings and Time Zone are correct.
6)Try an alternate connection method.
