Idea For New Building/Factory

-Hello Fellow Clashers! i am not a good writer nor speaker so i'm just gonna put down what's on my mind and comment what ever you guys think or Add something to it if ever you like my idea

How about supercell create or make a new building/factory i'm gonna call "Converter Factory" or "Trade Factory" that with this Factory you can convert/trade or exchange your Resources to a different Resources for a reasonable Price or exchange rates? Example you have Gold trade to Elixir or Dark Elixer, Elixer to Gold or Dark Elixer and vice versa. yes but of course It will have a Price Tag! My Example in mind

* 1 Million Golds = 500 Thousand Elixirs
* 1 Million Golds = 10 Thousand Dark Elixir
and so on! will does are only example and hopefully Some one who good at Math will balance the Value to it.

I know some of you have tons of extra resources in your storage and thinking "what the h*ll i'm gonna do with it?"

yeah ruled out plus there is a room issue I know with the TH 11 coming and the new Falcons cannon or whatever they will call it they already had to add a little more space so to put it short not enough room for new buildings
