Few Awesome Ideas (Please read)

I have a couple ideas that would optimize the game experience for u as the individual and for the clan in general

1) Change Clan name: This would be awesome for the guys that love their clan, but hate the name. A one time change name at a specified clan level should be allowed like profile/account name changing.
2) Allow leader to change in war/not in war status: I know leader/co leaders can opt in players that change their stat to red, when starting war, but, i would like it if they can instead/also change the status before war search even starts. This will allow clan leaders to manage war better, allowing only active members to be participants in war. It would also give members time to query whether they are in or out of war.
3) Troop composition saving and quick loading: I'm fed up of my fingers burning from the heat and radiation emitting from my device touch screen when doing extensive raiding grinds. holding down the make barbarians tab to make 200 barbs kinda barbecues my fingers (especially since my device gets kinda hot from the extensive use). Being able to save barch troop compositions, loonion troop compositions, gowipe troop compositions, etc, for quick loading would greatly improve the gaming experience, save battery life, save time and save our fingers (or at least mine)

2). Players should always have the power of choice. If a member wishes to participate in war he can opt in by himself.

I am appreciative of your feedback. however i think you are being a bit vague.

1. How does this bring any more inconsistency to the game than changing your account/profile name? Its the same clan same records, same clan tag and will still be registered as one of your bookmarked clans if you bookmarked it. :-/

2. I never said their ability to opt in and opt out themselves is being removed. Quite frankly, leaders can already kick a guy who opted in, out of war and vice versa. Problem is, by the time you realize, its too late...War has begun. I am merely saying allow leaders to also change the stat of the members. Our clan tries to use the opt in and opt out system to ensure that people who suddenly lost their phone 2 days ago doesn't end up in war because their stat is stuck on green. however, its a bit tough (apparently) to get people to use the system correctly. This feature would make things better.

This is, without a doubt, a good idea. unless you like tapping the screen 200 times or roasting your finger for 10 -20 seconds. If there are technical reasons why this cant be done please let me know. You cant just say its been ruled out without giving reason.

I agree with #1.

#2 on the other hand, is not a good idea. If I opt out of a war, why should a leader be able to make me in? If I tell people I can't be in war... They would be stupid to add me in.

As said before, 3 is ruled out. Try reading the stickies before posting. Also, tap and hold to train faster.

OK.. thanks for that.

My #2 item still stands thought. In case you don't know, leaders can already put someone in war that opted not to be in. There are reasons why a leader might do so as well. Most prominent reason is to make up numbers to start a war. in this case he/she just needs you present to make up the desired number to start a war of a desired size. He/She may not necessarily need you to participate.

#3 OK! I saw this in the sticky (had to scroll way way down) and it saddens me. I mean why would something so ....so... beneficial to players be ruled out? I doubt its because SC has some technical constraint.. 3 save slots for top 3 most used troops. I don't understand what's the problem. Oh well

PS. Tapping and holding is the reason for my barbecued fingers :-/

Has to do with third party softwares. Can't really divulge more but that's why.

Was about to say the same thing, and adding on to number 1, its like the player name change thing. People have changed their names to deez nuts, your mama ect ect or their siblings/friends have changed their name and want to change it back when they should have changed it back to their name again so no body can change their name. But I find it acceptable when SC make it so the letters look alot bigger or something. (My 100th Post )
