    nexting on war opponent

    would be nice to have a next button on war opponents give the leaders/co 5 mins after war opponent has been chosen to either fight war or next

    Just think how many times people would "next" trying to find someone they know they can beat...and how long it would take. You can say that part is just their own fault if it takes forever. But now think of how long searches would take for actual good clans with lots of wins...nobody would ever agree and they'd just never war. Not what SC is looking for.

    I totally disagree everyone whats a balanced war, They would not be looking for a opponent they know they can beat but an opponent they think they can beat. This would lead to fair and balanced matches no more whiners saying unfair matchup. The only ones the this would hurt is the known modders. By your logic no one in multiplayer matches would ever take on a player equal to themselves

    Mismatches though are clearly skewed in one side, and with how frequent they are, "think" usually means "will."

    wars would be balanced as both sides would think they could win

    No, because the goal of multiplayer is different. The goal of multiplayer is to either take loot or take trophies, so sometimes it makes sense to attack a player equal to yourself because of the loot offered or trophies offered. The game of multiplayer isn't "I get to attack you then you get to attack me". There are loot considerations, trophy considerations, and then strength considerations.

    This wouldn't hurt ANY known modders unless you're naïve enough to think that every clan out there has a comprehensive list of modders...they don't.

    They'd either be balanced but would take forever to actually get a match where you both agree, or they'd be even more wildly unbalanced based on the fact that any unbalanced wars would get locked in if you weren't just constantly watching the search (search takes hours sometimes, you'd have to have someone on who could next or accept all the time to make sure your unbalanced matches didn't get locked in).

    What Im suggesting in the ability to next on the current system, not to replace the current system. So wildly unbalanced is not really argument as these occur in the current system with no opportunity to next you are in fact locked in. As for searches taking hours I have not experienced this being part of a clan that wars constantly most wars matches are found within 10 mins on occasion it has taken up to 20 mins. In regard to list of clans that mod it is against supercell forum rules to name and shame, however there are clans that mod that we have faced on more than one occasion and they are known to us, also a list could be compiled elsewhere.

    Right, unbalanced occurs today, and your idea makes for even more unbalanced matchups (not more in the intensity of the unevenness, but more in frequency). Because with your idea, people can easily just next on even matchups, wait for the uneven ones, then hope that opponent doesn't click next. You're basically suggesting that everyone can now wait until they have an unbalanced matchup in their favor, then hope the other clan accepts.

    So while unbalanced wars sometimes happen now, you're incentivizing people to never have an even war ever again with this "pick your opponent" idea. You compared it to multiplayer...how many TH10s do you think accept multiplayer TH10s in Gold 1 when farming that have no loot available? They don't, they wait until they have a favorable matchup, not an even one.

    Maybe your right Its not how I would play the game so I find it hard to believe others would do this. I prefer even matches to unbalanced ones ( even if it is my favor where's the fun in beating the underdog) The comparison I made about multiplayer was in reference to pushers not farmers. eg how many th10s in titans keep nexting hoping to find a th9 ? they attack the first reasonable base due to the length of time in clouds. Also it would have been nice to say no to clans that mod
