*[PROMOTIONS]* New Update Idea

With the some what new addiction of clan wars , comes new responsibilities for clans and the members. With new promotions like war manager , the pressure can be taken off the leader while he maintains the rest of the clan . The war manager would decide who goes in war and who doesn't, give feedback to members after the war/ give suggestions and have the ability to start wars on demand. I believe it will bring a new aspect to the game and a fun twist to bring a whole new level of achievement to memebers of a clan .

If this responsibility is too much for the Leader, what makes you think it won't be too much for this new guy too? Also, the responsibility of managing the war doesn't need to fall onto the Leader, the Co-Leaders can step in and help. To be honest, I don't think this rank is needed really.

Bailed point, but I couldn't help but notice the potential update of clan wars tournaments a director of sorts like a war manager would be extremely useful. ( especially in clans with 40+ members). Also a war manager wouldn't be just any member , they would have to be promoted to elder , then to Co leader and either branch off into war manager or to leader. I believe that especially in big clans it will give the leader more time to focus on growing and taking care of the clan while tournaments are going on. Thank you for responding to my last thread tho I really appreciate the feedback

Why is the title of "war manager" necessary? You can promote someone to co-leader and have them manage the wars.

Well that is true but if clan tournaments come into play then promotions should be somewhat separated so co leaders leave apart the war part and give the responsibility to the war manager or "co-manager" if you wish. This title of "war manager" adds a new fun/ aspect/goal to work to. It's to the one who's maybe got the best strategy or best Loss/Win ratio. If the tournament comes into play, this will be helpful
