Pizza Stealers - Level 7 - 185+ Wins - English (US) looking for friendly players!

How long have you been around?
Pizza Stealers was founded 1.5 years ago by a group of real-life friends who live all over the US. We like to play CoC from work bathrooms. Also, we steal pizza. Over time, we've slowly grown by adding new people, but now we're looking for new pizza stealers.
Do you war (steal pizza)?
We war 3 times a week (no wars Fridays due to party time!). Currently, we have 185 war wins and are clan level 7. Wars start around 7:30 - 8:30pm CST.
What kind of people are you looking for?
We are looking for mature, adult players who don't the game too seriously. We play to win, but we also like to have fun. Ideal members would strive to improve their play both offensively and defensively. Oh, you've gotta donate. We don't set donation ratios, but we expect all members to contribute. Finally, you should steal pizza.
Who can join?
You must be TH10, TH9, or max TH8 (going to TH9). No exceptions! No rushers! Your defenses (walls!) and troop levels must be appropriate for your level. You should have at least 200-300 war stars (depending on level).
What attacks should I know?
You should be comfortable using the standard high-level armies for war. GoWiWi, GoWiPe, 4LL, 5LL, etc. You should be somewhat consistent at 3 starring bases 1 level below you. Basically, carry your weight and contribute to stealing pizza!
I want to steal all the pizza with you guys! How do I join?
