I have a fairly new, but active war clan, however, we only have about 5-6 people who are effective at war. I need an experienced war clasher to help me run my clan and coach these guys on proper attacks and how to win a war, quite frankly its become exhausting for me. We are currently 9W 13L, and quite frankly not quite sure how we have won that many.

Well I was going to suggest we merge with you...however. U are not winning because u have to many rushed base in your clan.. I mean ALOT.. U got th9 with th7 defence and lvl 2 dragons...u can't. Win like that.. And it looks like u got a lot of in active players with no donations..your th10 is rushed on so much...I suggest getting guilty people over quanity...few rushed are ok but never win like that...if u want to boot some people would talk about joining but the best teaching I could give lot of people there is to not rush th lvl...and I mean not disrespect to you just being honest.. I agree with you on the rushed bases for sure. I hate to boot them because they are loyal cool guys and donate, but it definitely is getting old. I try to get quality people in but I have not had any luck what so ever recruiting.
