Its up to people whether they want to take war serious or not... the war community is already advancing tremendously in my opinion.. and i rather not encourage to make it tougher...

If you think that getting less stars should reward less loot, you need to discipline your clan members. All that signifies is a bad and uncoordinated clan. Your member should know to attack for stars and not for loot. If they get unlucky, don't punish them. If there is 30 minutes left in war and you are up by 20, let the lower members get a star on a really high base just for the loot. If you have an issue, use your kick button. Members should know their place and what they should do. If they don't, it is the elders' and leaders' fault for being poor leaders. Supercell shouldn't have to teach your members what to do for you.

Isn't winning the war enough to encourage a 3 star attack? because if your clan lose, you only get 30 percent of your total war loots.
example:
A leader TH10, he donates all to war clan castles and cc troops for attacking in war, then gets only 1 star.
They still won the war.
Would he rather?
A. get a full war loots for winning the war.
B. get a little percentage of loots even if their clan won the war.

Yes it's fair, a win is a win. Especially against a max TH10 base getting that 1 or 2 stars is tough.
If your clan has a bunch of 1 star attacks you won't win the war; that is where you get the loot you deserve.
if somone in your clan or just anyone in general is doing mediocre attacks they should be kicked. thats the end of your problem

Yes I was stuck with this problem for a while
But me and my friend wasted around 400k elixir each ever war because we are the only ones who care about the clan the average war ended (20v20)

The 2 lowest people did their best so they were fine with only 1 star
I think that the leader should choose who gets what loot based on what they do so that a good leader will be excellent in war and a bad one will e terrible as a good leader can really punish those who don't try instead of lowering it all because then the people who try will end up loosing more time getting back the loot that their clan took from them
That is way too far. 33%, 66%, and 100% make a huge difference. Maybe make it 80%, 90%, and 100%, respectively, for each star.
