I don't know if this is a good idea, but I m going to tell you about what I think about this.This is feature inside the clan that allows you took take and donate troops. Until someone takes your troops, you will not get xp. You can set the max amount everyone can take. Example:co-leader 100 troop space total per day;elder:60 troop space total per day;member:40 troop space total per day. There could be a expiration date for troops stored too long. There can also be a troop search to support it. Settings like troops level and ground or air.
