    Hay Day keeps crashing!!!

Is there any fix on the horizon for this? I downloaded the game onto my iPod. Initially I played for about 5 minutes. I got to where it has the board, and I 'could' make deliveries. Problem is the game crashes every time I try to play. Please let me know if there is a fix on the way. Thanks.

..and fix it yourself. I read the first guide at FAQ and made with those steps for my iPhone - and it worked. Have You tried? If no, You try and let us know did it worked? Sorry about this newbie finglish.

So happy to be part of this forum. Just waiting to hear about announcement about new future mod's. Hope to get them soon here!

Here are two different guides, try them:

    1. Double tap on the home-button so that a row of icons (open apps) appear at the bottom.
    2. Tap and hold any of the icons until they all start to wiggle and get a red dot with a white stripe in the upper left corner.
    3. Tap on all red dots on all icons to quit the apps running in the background (including Hay Day)
    4. Double tap on your home-button again.
    5. Go to Settings and enable "Airplane Mode"
    6. Reboot your device.
    7. Go to the settings again and disable "Airplane Mode" to restore all networks
    8. Launch Hay Day and try again.

    or...

    1. Delete Hay Day from your device.
    2. Double tap on the home-button so that a row of icons (open apps) appear at the bottom.
    3. Tap and hold any of the icons until they all start to wiggle and get a red dot with a white stripe in the upper left corner.
    4. Tap on all red dots on all icons to quit the apps running in the background (including Hay Day)
    5. Double tap on your home-button again.
    6. Go to Settings and enable "Airplane Mode"
    7. Reboot your device.
    8. Go to the settings again and disable "Airplane Mode" to restore all networks
    9. Re-install Hay Day
    10. Launch Hay Day and try again.

Also make sure you have the latest iOS version installed!!

    Cheers,

I'm having similar problems. On my iPad it crashed every time I am logged into Game Center but it completely stopped working on my iPhone even when I disable GC. Help! It's no fun without neighbors!! I've followed the sticky by tinkerbell to the letter but no help.

    Thank you

I know this is quite an old thread, but thank you Nick!

I thought I had lost the ability to play my game as it was crashing every 10 seconds and I am trying to work on turbo trucker (difficult even without crashing!!)

Anyhow... I followed the set of steps you gave as the first option and it solved it for me! Phew!
