I agree, you should upgrade your teslas before going to TH8. At TH8 there are ANOTHER 3 levels to upgrade teslas and it only gets longer. This game rewards patience and penalizes impatience.

definitely do the teslas. I recommend saving one builder for walls instead of using it on the barracks but its up to you

Sounds good.

The barracks are not as important to max unless you plan on attacking a lot with pekkas and dragons. Reason I bring this up is that you'll be raiding heavily while you try to max your walls and an upgrading barrack will slow you down. At TH8 the elixir is abundant so you don't need to worry about not having enough for the barracks. I upgraded my barracks when I was on vacation. You might want to consider leaving one builder free for your walls. But it's up to you.

Some points:
1. I am gonna upgrade TH right after the gold storge's upgrade will end.
2. After the AD's upgrade is gonna end, i am gonna upgrade elixir storge.
3. I dont want teslas level 3. ill upgrade them in TH8.
4. In those 8 days of upgrading, i am gonna upgrade:
Gold projects - All the walls to level 7.
Elixir projects - all barracks to healer, and 1 barracks to dragon.
5. Everything is maxed out except the teslas, barracks and mines and pumps.
6. I am gonna get 4th buldier soon from app that gives free gems for points.

Thats it, so what are you thinking?

Don't upgrade your town hall untill you've upgraded EVERYTHING ELSE as far as you are allowed. Every building, every wall, every research, everything.
