I'm not sure what to call this but i would like to put a small but important idea into circulation. When i type things, if i make a mistanke that i dont notice, i would like to be able to go back without deleting the whole thing, like the magnifying glass while using an apple product. It is your keyboard, not the game itself. I CAN go back and forth within the text on my galaxy tab 4. Not on my nexus7 though. So... It is a problem with you device, not the game.
You can do that with the keyboard, however what I think they meant is manually touching the point of edit, rather than hitting the back arrow button (not backspace). That point isn't due to the keyboard, since it does not require the keyboard. Nice thing to add since long texts could be daunting and some don't really have the back arrow on their keyboard, and honestly, installing would be bothersome.
