Derby Tasks Glitch or Ch♥♥ting Going On

I'm in a NH and only two players are doing tasks. I'm at the expert level which allows 9 tasks total. 8 plus a diamond. So if we do all 320, the maximum numbers of points we can achieve is 5760. We reached first place and have been jay restocking until the derby ends. Second and third place earned the same but as everyone is aware, whom ever reaches it first gets that trophy. So toda the derby is ending and out of the blue, the fourth place team get 320 points added to its total taking first place. I checked their NH to see if they had more players and they don't. Only 2 like all the other teams. So how is their neighborhood allowed to do a 10th task for an additional 320? Or is their neighbowastingctually che@ting and using some app to che@t HayDay. Here is a screen shot of the new score. Keep in mind, the new first place was in fourth and wouldn't have placed. It seems they waited until the day the derby was ending to use the trick and che@t so that supercell couldn't fix it! Anyone else experience this?? I've never had it happen and we always come in first.

like you said you checked and they only had 2 players seemingly, it just makes me wonder if they had another team player who completed tasks that would of put them in leagues with higher numbers of players, then suddenly before the end of the derby left, the team would show only 2 players but the points from the other player would remain, does it mean though that because the number of the team has reduced it would automatically be added to derby with lesser team mates. I don't know its an assumption, only Nick will find out for you. But whatevers happened it very upsetting for you, and whilst reading your message I see you've already mentioned they were already in 4 place. So that kicks my theory out of the water. sorry for wasting your time.

it's not wasting my time at all! Was trying to figure it out and I've tried every theory possible. sC wouldn't match my team up to another team unless it has the same amount of active players. Hopefully they figure it out. It stunk losing first place to something unexplainable.

Here is a thread from months ago that I provided supercell with proof of the glitch that is allowing a team to do an extra task and bump other players down from top 3. I was told earlier today that the glitch was discovered this week but I provided this glitch to them months ago. It's frustrating when you reported this and they acted as if you were crazy by customer support. Now look at the glitch, it's spreading. I was asked to provide screen shots which I did as you can see so how was this not fixed?

Yes, I actually took a screen shot of that neighborhood because I wanted to confirm they only had two members players. My farm name is CHLOE_CHE

I provided all the screen shots in my email communication to the "contact us" section but the replies seem very generic and they just keep telling me to work harder to earn top 3 or they explain how the derby works but it seems no one is interested in explaining how a two member neighborhood on the expert level can do 19 tasks. 18 is the maximum. :0(

I have the screen shots but Im on my phone so I will reply again with them here in case you don't find my farm.

This is the root of all issues. The support we have is simply ineffectual, and I believe that is by design. This thread is from last October and Nick read it and responded to it. The user contacted in-game support, provided screen shots, and the net effect of all of that is absolutely nothing.

Support is a joke, and Nick, what the grits?
