Derby Tasks Glitch or Ch♥♥ting Going On

I'm in a NH and only two players are doing tasks. I'm at the expert level which allows 9 tasks total. 8 plus a diamond. So if we do all 320, the maximum numbers of points we can achieve is 5760. We reached first place and have been jay restocking until the derby ends. Second and third place earned the same but as everyone is aware, whom ever reaches it first gets that trophy. So today the derby is ending and out of the blue, the fourth place team get 320 points added to its total taking first place. I checked their NH to see if they had more players and they don't. Only 2 like all the other teams. So how is their neighborhood allowed to do a 10th task for an additional 320? Or is their neighborhood actually che@ting and using some app to che@t HayDay. Here is a screen shot of the new score. Keep in mind, the new first place was in fourth and wouldn't have placed. It seems they waited until the day the derby was ending to use the trick and che@t so that supercell couldn't fix it! Anyone else experience this?? I've never had it happen and we always come in first.

here are two screen shots. One is to prove my team did the max amount of tasks and proof they were all 320 tasks. 2880 each member. The next screen shot shows the team that used some trick and added 320 to their score today hours before the derby ends! Their total points divided by 320 means 19 tasks were done. How is that possible when for two members only 18 are available (9 each)? Waiting for super cell to explain this one

I understand very well your upset. My hood experienced same thing a few weeks ago. But we were the receiver of 320 extra points coming from nowhere, no che♥ting involved! When we compared task log score and scoreboard score, the scoreboard showed 320 points more than task log. No member had done this extra points. We were very puzzled, but concluded that it had to be a glitch. Luckily we had no need for these extra points, we won with more than 320 points. Since that derby we are always uncertain if we will win, even if we are the only hood that has done 320s only. Others might also get extra points out of the blue.

Wow! That's crazy to hear! Supercell needs to fix this. Yeh we were first place, reached it on the third day. Every other team had to catch up. Then second and third placed so it was pointless for any other team to even continue unless they wanted to reach horseshoe prizes. So to see 320 added to a teams score when they didn't earn it is discouraging. Very discouraging. I'll assume since it happened to you, and u didn't need it and you won, you didn't report it?

We did report it! First we tought the glitch were somewhere else. We had lots of theories of where the error was, all proven wrong, since we assumed the scoreboard points were correct. But then we added all points done for each member and compared with the scoreboard points, showing scoreboard 320 points higher, and then the error had to be on the scoreboard.
If you are in a big hood not everyone would notice they get 320 points extra, but in your case, only 2 members doing 320 tasks, its easy to discover.

We only got a standard response from SC. When we reported it, we only had discovered something wrong not exactly what, so SC had no solution. I dont think they understood what we actual was reporting.

Me and my team member reported it and just like you experienced, we got a pretty standard response! While I'm in 2nd now vs 1st, it's bearable but the team that was in 3rd and now in 4th, that has to be the worst!

Yes, I actually took a screen shot of that neighborhood because I wanted to confirm they only had two members players. My farm name is CHLOE_CHE

I provided all the screen shots in my email communication to the "contact us" section but the replies seem very generic and they just keep telling me to work harder to earn top 3 or they explain how the derby works but it seems no one is interested in explaining how a two member neighborhood on the expert level can do 19 tasks. 18 is the maximum. :0(

Here is the screen shot of the neighborhood that took first with the error 320. Their score totaled 6080. 5760 should have been the max they could earn. My previous screen shots show them take first from my neighborhood and also shows my neighborhood completed all tasks (18 tasks at 320). Thanks!!!
