Healer upgrade to smart healer

Healers get smart with age. At each level increase the healer should react more quickly to an attack from AD or archers or crossbow and move to a spot away from the attacker but toward their heal target. This will enable and encourage the increased use of healers in clan wats where now they are almost non existent.

Healers are already used for queenwalk, so I think that they are fine as they are as far as their movement goes.
