We need a sub forum for each local language so players can create topic and write the accurate information and translate the formal announcements about clash.
For example:
Im persian (farsi) and there are many websites in persian language (at least 10 big websites) and some of them announced the big update will be released in this saturday 24 october 2015.
I have a list of those websites that announced the update but still dont decide to write them here. (no need IMO)
Some Iranian clashers even remained awake until 3am local time for the update so now they are totally angry and frustrated about all miss information news.
So I think we should have a sub forum here for each local language

Then theyd have to find how many more moderators to monitor in each language?
It's already a difficult process finding trusted individuals to moderate. It'll be even more difficult to find one that speaks each given language. Then you run into the problem where the senior moderators would have no way to monitor the new moderators behavior as they don't understand the language.
Logistical nightmare that I doubt will ever be seen.

The forums are English only, and as Axion said that makes it easier to moderate. If you want a forum in your own language then I suggest you start your own forum. Would be too much effort for sure.
Yeah I know checking the moderator of local language is not easy.
But supercell dont need to add all local languages. If they find one or two local reliable members they can add that sub forum for local language.
Also they can check local languages by:
1- google translate.
2- Anyway any problem in local sub forum will be raised to main forum because some local members are familiar with english language.
