its defo a wizard.

can clearly see 3 things.

its wearing a cape.
its hold a book in its right hand.
its holding a staff in its left hand.

casting spells on defences to target each other.
casting spells to boost troops.
casting a force field over an area of troops to boost HP.

With supercell saying this will be a supporting troops, we have an healer so my suggestion above is my best guess.
