I like this idea. Clan mails can be sent only once in 12 hours so that's like twice in one battle day. Sometimes you need to discuss tactics more often than that.

Why not just create a group on a messenger application (eg.- LINE, kik etc.) and discuss tactics and other clan related stuff on it.

A small icon would appear once a Co-leader and Leader would post someting, then They tap the small icon, thus the message that they has post would be pinned
Just like the stickies at the top of the forum here. They would stay on top until they are unpinned by a co. (in a lot of forums, stickies are called pinned threads...)
I really like this idea. It would help a lot for getting small amounts of info out to the clan and it wouldn't be too hard to implement. AND, you certainly wouldn't need to use it if you don't want to.
