Brief Backstory:Currently trying to rebuild a once great clan there was a quarrel between founder of all 6 of our clans and some disrespectful people, his buddies followed him like mindless sheep and some just left
For a moment when I took charge, I was letting in th9s&10s but they are making the match-ups were too tough for most of the new guys. Since then I have only allowed ths 8.5 and under to participate in wars, but this clan needs active members more immediately than it does wins, so I'm willing to accept most who come knocking.

What I'm looking for:
1) Activity
2) Loyalty
