We have been a clan for about 3 months and have a few very active players who love to donate troops and are itching to war but we need more active players before that can happen. We prefer to have maxed town hall 6 bases and up but really there aren't that many requirements at this point. The only requirements are just that you are a friendly, mature and active player that doesn't request troops without donating them in return.
