Hello, im sorry this happened to you. What you must do now is to contact SC support in game and explain what your issue is in every detail so they can understand your situation. They will ask you several questions which you need to answer correctly in order to verify you are the legitimate owner of the base. After the verification process is over the team will kick the other player from you base and they will ask you to provide them with a new G+ account to link your base.
