Is the pokeball base overrated? Now now just a thought!

Hello, I have used the pokeball base for a while now, because of its legendary status. The base does fend lv 4 perfectly, but it seems that many raids seem to get at least one of by storage. I'm not including the lv8 storage nor the elixir.

And lately, I have been raided 150k + twice in a row. I was upgrading 3 cannons and I must admit I need my wizard tower to upgrade but still!

I am certainly not saying this design is bad however. Is my locations of defences wrong? Should I expect to get obliterated by lv6 armies?

Please suggest other base designs that are proven to work. Thank you.

The base is overrated? Ill look into your th8 bases

Almost all your defenses are underleveled. What do you expect to happen when you have th6-7 defenses vs th8-10 armies. The base works well if your defenses are leveling and are in right trophy range. If you keep getting raided by th8-10 people lower your trophy count.

That answered absolutely nothing...

The Pokeball is a great base at TH8 when stuff is nearing maxed out-especially if you are only doing walls. But like all bases, the layout doesnt matter if the defences in them arent upgraded enough.

Upgrade everything, especially your walls. Design change isn't the answer unless you want to try a new tactic. That's up to you.

Guy in my clan has used and modified Pokeball over time with tremendous success. His mod now is solid. Name is Harshaw, clan - rain storm if you want to check it out to see what Pokeball can become.

Upgrade vs redesign = upgrade wins.

Also fix the AD placement...
And don't carry coin.
