How do you turn a 2 star clan into a 3 star clan?🙏🏾

Anyone have advice on turning a 2star clan into a 3 star clan? Current clan has a lot of 2 star attacks. Some guys striving for 3 star attack strats (goho, golaloon,...) but get 1 star per attack a lot as they work that out. As a result I see many are sticking to a gowipe crutch because they don't want the red line in their war log. Most of clan is well developed th8, th9 and new th9s. Any reasonable suggestions on how to change this culture without setting fire to the clan would be very much appreciated.

easiest way is to bring a good 3 star attacker in to convert them..results speak volumes

It's a tough hump to get over.

I doubt you'll go straight from all 2* attackers to all 3* attackers with one amazing move, unless that move is to boot everybody and somehow recruit all the 3* players (which is very tough).

Instead, I suggest you implement a plan for incremental progress for the entire clan.

For example, one that works is to 2 star your first target at mirror +/- 1 or 2, then to move down (still within your TH) to 3 star. Consistent 3 star playing is done in baby steps for most people.

Also, one or two very good players to help discuss and plan attack strategies with the rest of the clan can help immensely, too.

Threaten to kick them out if they don't get 3 stars.

Tell them to take some loons with them with their gowipe, for cleanup of the outer ring after the core has been cleaned. More chance on a 3star, while still maintaining a decent chance on 2 stars. Also refer them to some YouTube 3star raids, onehive is a great source of information. And above all, let them practice without punishing 1star attacks.

Another tactic could be twostarring all the bases after which they can be cleaned up for 3. Goho attacks are a lot easier after the GB locations have been exposed.

Good luck is all I can say. My clan has a horrible W/L record. As a clan level 4 clan, I can tell you that it's more important to have all your members attack in war and follow instructions well. If you have any Th10 clanmates 3 starring other Th10 war bases, then they are using a program Supercell doesn't like to help them do that and you should probably kick them. My clan has a strict no using other programs that give you an advantage policy and that's why our war record although bad, is at least honest.

Make a practice clan and have a bunch of people go over and start a war. They can try out 3 star attacks without making the main clan's war log red if they fail. They just need experience and confidence.

Choose targets you can 3*. Ignore the ranking. A base layout varies thus leaving it easier/harder to be raided by certain troops. A gowiper ranked 3 may struggle to attack the anti-gowipe base set as his/her mirror but may find it easier to take out the no.1.

just make it so those 1 star attacks don't hurt. with first attacks, go for the 2 star strats and get everything 2 starred, then with everyone's second attacks work on the 3star variants, so if you pull a 1 star at least the base has already been 2'd and if you get some 3 stars, you improve your score.

going for 3 star attacks with first attacks when you are just learning them can lead to much frustration. not even the people who are really good at 3 star attacks get it right on the first attack every time.
