HOW TO RECRUIT PLAYERS IN GAME (to add in the next update)

Hi everybody, this is the first time I write in CoC's forum.
I'm here because I'd really like to write down my idea about recruitment in game.
I think it's quite difficult for everybody to recruit new players by looking for them in the global chat (sorry about my English). Most of the cases, there are many players who do not mirror the features of some good ones that you are seeking for your clan.
Therefore, I'm here to propose something to add in the next update:
What about different virtual rooms where players who are looking for a determined clan can join and stay, so as to being invited by those specific clans?
For example, a TH9 player who wants to join a lvl 5 clan, whose nationality is German and does 2 wars per week. It would be easier.
Obviously, this idea can be re-arranged for the better, because I know there are some points which need to be fixed. I hope in your collaboration so that CoC could notice this, and realize it.

N.B: it's quite different from the "research for a clan" bar, because also clan leaders can visit these rooms.

I don't know if anybody can understand this, but I really hope so.
