Builder huts maybe make them upgradeable so they are more efficient but if not maybe just change the appearance at every TH because they dont seem to fit at town hall 10 also maybe a way so see what all the builders are doing at the time (i sometimes forget maybe its just me)
Spotter tower has a very long defensive range but deals no damage but points out one target at a time for your other defenses to be abel to target from a longer range than they can any other unit and can upgrade to be abel to spot more targets and increase the range on the other defenses for what it spots
More ranks for clans to promote people to in your clan (yes i know this has probably been said many times)
