Change name!

Make the change name available in the shop for 2k gems and every time a player uses a change name the price will go up just like the builders, then add a button in a players profile that will allow you to see his/her previous name to avoid trolls😁👍🏻

Good idea. Although I feel like this wouldn't be something Supercell would follow up one thinking the one time name change was enough.

OMG, there is a post on the second page of ifr about this EXACT same thing and the exact same price... Here is my response, I am too lazy to type it out cause you are too lazy to go to page 2 before posting...

The problem with paying for name changes and cooldown times is that it doesnt fix anything. People will always just complain that the price is too high and that the cooldown is too long. I bet we would still see threads about it if the cost was 1 gem with a 1 minute cooldown. It is a product of the entitlement generation.

They should just take away the name changes all together... all it does is make people mad, and complain about unfairness.

Don't know what to say about this..

One time FREE should be enough.. if someone gets bored with their current name then a good 2k (2,000) gems would be a good price as they've given you a free chance .

Then again we don't want Supercell to start and get greedy...

Majority of apps are about the players then they turn into money hungry people.

This sums it up.

Due to account security reasons, the name change feature is strictly limited to one time only. If your "Change name" button is greyed out, it means the feature has already been used. No further username changes can be made.

I would like to see the option to have more than 1 name change as well. Using gems to do so is a fair idea I think.

It's been suggested probably a thousand times. I believe there was a thread not too long ago that was a much more developed version of this idea.

According to the forum rules, the mods will delete ruled out ideas if you report the thread. They dont. They just leave us to clean up the mess in ifr. Then send infractions when we call someone whiney. I like ifr, just wish it was moderared as well as the rest of the forum... by, ya know, actual mods. I dunno why we have 'game specialists.' Just make them mods and be done with it.
