I'm taking my exams for a couple of weeks. So I need someone who is qualified to come run the war clan for a bit.
Just reply to the thread with your th level etc, any useful info.

What town hall level are you looking for? Also isn't there anyone you could promote to substitute for you from within. Even though this is the forums I still wouldn't trust anyone from the forums really unless maybe they have been on your friends list for a while if that.
Don't you have any Co's?
Seems a strange question to be asking, if you got co's in your clan why can't they run it whilst your inactive? That's part of their. Surely getting someone in from outside will make your co's feel inadequate.

I don't mean to sound rude or anything, but as leader you shouldn't of made them Co if they suck lol, you need active players who are well respected to take over in a situation like yours, guys that can sort a problem out, start wars on time and keep the clan ticking over the way its suppose to be.
The whole situation is just bad, looking for a random stranger (although most on here are decent folk) to come in isn't the way to run a clan, and you need to get your foundations in place otherwise one wrong move and your clan will be wiped out by someone, again, just trying to be honest with you.
My suggestion to you, keep yourself leader, send a mail out saying you'll be less active over the next week or so but will continue to log in to make sure things are ok, tell the co's to pull their socks and make sure the clan is being run fluently. When youre back clashing again, start building your foundations and get your Co's and Elders organised, demote the guys if they couldn't run it the way you wanted, but hopefully they will surprise you lol

Uhh... aren't the co-leaders in your clan suppose to be the best/most reliable players in your clans? If they suck then your clan is in quite a bit of trouble. You're better off with no co-leaders if you don't think your current co-leaders are good. When i started Pantheon II, i only had 2 co-leaders with me because the rest just weren't really co-leader material yet. I've added a couple more since but still i keep the number fairly limited. There's no reason to make anyone who "sucks" co-leader.

I've done this. Except I said I was entirely inactive so they would be free to run the clan without expecting to be rescued. It helped that we all knew the rules already (no-one wars without sharing a war attack first, kick/demote anyone who doesn't attack, call out best attacks at the end of each war etc..)
4 wins in a row while I was gone, so I guess it worked. It isn't too tough to keep a clan running. It is really tough to grown and improve a clan.
