Must have at least 75 war stars
Must be active
Must be mature
War Rules
Attack whoever you believe you can three star for your first attack
Ask a leader who to attack for your second attack
You must get at the very least 4 stars
If you can't war, set yourself as inactive and give a leader an explanation
Let the leaders donate to war castles, only donate if you are asked to
