Where should I farm de and what army should I use?

I would say Gold 1 to Crystal 1. I woukd use GiBarch, Super Queen, or GiHeWi.

Well, I'm a TH 8, sitting at gold 2, 1701 cups and the TH 9s are doing well barching 2k DE from me each attack.......

Gold 1 is a good league, also Masters has some good DE too.

Mid to low gold, or low master. Stay away from Crystal. Loots real dry there
