Ok i know I'm not the only one that's finds it extremely difficult To find new members. Is there anyway to ask supercell to make a update that's will make recruiting new members easier. I don't have time to jump from chat to chat hopeing I find someone decent to join my clan

Open the clan to anyone can join and lower the trophies right down. Your clan will be full in mins.
Thats why clan talk forum exists. In game advertisements? Cant see how this will be implemented.
Every good player I have in my clan came from me opening it and dropping trophy count. Don't get too caught up what town hall level they are. Everyone gets higher with time. I dislike weeding out people but it has to be done.

How many members do you have in your clan now? If you are really small, you can't be too picky. Make it wide open, and let everybody in. Kick the inactives.
When you are half full, then you can start being picky. Create a small signature with your clan name to passively recruit. Post every day to the recruiting forum. If requirements are too restrictive, loosen it up a bit.
