I like the idea of encouragement to stay in higher leagues, but this is way too much...starting at 15-20% in crystal would be more realistic. Not that I see it happening.

Crystal need to have a high jump so it gets any loot.

Crystal is where the snipes begins, be it by other Crystals or Masters. That means all the loot disappears instanly once a base is avaliable.

I never had a problem finding bases to loot as a TH8 in crystal or a TH9 in masters.
